Can somebody help a dummy with signal relocation?

A couple weeks ago I bought turn a signal relocation and layback plate kit(H-D # 60215-06). I opened it, fondled and counted the parts. So tonight I decide to install and I can't find the directions! It looks simple enough but every time I think that I get reminded how simple I am! Could someone scan the directions and post or PM them? Thanks!

I got the directions out in a box at my dads but thats down the road and its midnight and beers are going down smooth. What you need to know? Its pretty simple job actually the biggest pain is fishing the wires threw the rod and you will also have to cut and splice the wires or recrimp them.

you actually dont have to cut and splice, you can take apart the socket and there is a slot in the plastic retainer for the wires that you can get them out of without cutting.
