I've put foward controls on my '05 FXDCI and want to remove the mid control shaft running through the primary. Does anyone know if the inner primary cover for a FXDWG will fit my bike? It doesn't have the hole for the mid controls.

As far as I know the Motor and Trans Are the same for all Dyna models each model year. So yes it should fit just fine.

I am considering getting the chrome inner and primary cover for a Wideglide for my '06 lowrider to eliminate the
chrome plug.
