Completly different front ends, your best bet is to take your forks apart and powdercoat your own lowers. If you insist on buying new lowers I'm pretty sure yoo'll have to go with '06 or new Dyna.
you could just sand down your lowers and apply epoxy enamel to them(appliance paint)... I just did mine. took about 1.5 hours and the results are great... According to Joe Knapp the epoxy is about as durable as powdercoat... from what I experienced the paint went on easy and looks and seems like my powdercoated parts... total cost was $9 for the paint and some 220 sandpaper.
