Quick release bolts for hard leather or synthetic bags.
My local harley davidsons part # 0706-0000
instructions say 91-05 dynas and 90 - 02 FLSTF FXST FXSTS

lotta money for some bolts. i just use a ratchet. takes about a minute.

My rear fender is a little more difficult to get under than yours. and the bolt isn't locked in.
