hello all, i have just removed the screaming eagle 2 pipes from my bike which i had been running without baffles i did have the carb rejetted for these pipes. my new street sweeper pipes sound mint just the sound i wanted but do you think i will lose much performance running without baffles or torque cones. or are there any baffles out there i can install without losing the sound i want. thanks for any advise given
Are you sure they don't already have some type of baffle in your new pipes? Most pipes with those kinds of bends come with baffles built into them. Personally I would run any pipes I had with baffles. You lose too much performance otherwise.
will loose plenty of torque without the baffles. Keep them installed IMHO.
big city thunder makes a great sounding baffle system that allows you to keep the torque.the pipes sound like a clean open system. deep and throaty. call them to find out if they make for your aspplication and you can get in england.
