they don't make a chrome dash for the street bob, i just ended up just getting mine chromed for 120 bucks. there is a thread of a guy who has pictures.
take your stock on, strip it of the powder then polish it out... will look like chrome if you really take your time and do it right! i polish stuff all the time for myself and customers... comes out great if you take your time...
Pretty easy just remove the seat, three screws for dash and it's off. turn it over couple of screws for the speedo, uncrew the trip button and there you go.
Did you get a viable option? I also have an 07 Street Bob and have tried to find a chrome tank panel cover. Only option I found is to just chrome the existing cover if that's feasible.
