ive never seen anything make as big of a diffrence in an engine than amsoil. engine runs much cooler, trans is much quiter when shifting, and neutral is much easier to find for some reason.

Here's a thread that explains the lot.

Absolutely ingenious tool at a price so low, there's no reason everyone shouldn't be using it. There's other groups that sell a metal version for 10x the price (?!?!?).

The manufacturer is one hell of a nice fella as well. You can also pick one up at J&P if you're in a hurry.

PM me if ya got any more questions, I'm happy ta help out!

Something about that CORS thing just doesnt seem right. I get what it is trying to accomplish but, geez thats a high dolalr motor to be messing with. I thought in that post it said do not use the twim cam motors or did I read that wrong. Is there an way to adapt the CORS to the twin cam motors? The whole deal seems kind of weird to me, not sure if I would try that but I would love to hear more about it and do some more research.

(It does, but don't take my word, ask the manufacturer) Is there an way to adapt the CORS to the twin cam motors? (Have you performed a fluid change before?) The whole deal seems kind of weird to me, not sure if I would try (Why? You getting a negative vibe from the force there Yoda?) that but I would love to hear more about it and do some more research.
I can totally understand general apprehension from just not knowing the process, but if you really feel that way after watching videos of it doing it's job, seeing pics and diagrams of the instructions (all of which are available in the links) and understanding the direction of oil flow in your engine as per your service manual (not to mention flushing oil in from an motor in general, which the manual also discusses) maybe you might want reconsider even performing your own service! LOL.

What else could you need to know? Your manual is the Bible and tells you all you need to know about what the service entails and whether an oil flush is recommended during oil/filter changes. I'd quote mine for ya, but I'm laid up at the moment.

I'm curious, If you want to wait for enough individual/anecdotal reviews (how many do you think that would be 1, 10, 20?), how would you recognize when you had heard enough to enough to ease whatever psychological obstacle that inhibits your decision?

I agree: never guess when it comes to your sled. Read the thread all the way through again, follow the links that show the movies and diagrams and contact the manufacturer to get the final answer on your questions.
