Default What pipes are you fat bob riders using....

Hey guys,

I'm picking up a fat bob today and am now on the search for a set of pipes for a stage 1 kit. I know I want to do a forcewinder air cleaner and pc iii from fuel moto but I am still trying to figure out the pipes. I really like the look of the single exhaust of the 2 into 1 big radius V & H pipes but from their website it doesn't look like they'll fit. I'm not looking to totally pi$$ the neighbors off everytime I leave the house. Just looking for a nice sound. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I just saw a V & H Big radius 2 into 1 on a fat bob on youtube. That is definitely what I'm looking for. Just Awesome.

A dissenting view. . . I have the Sreamin' Eagle slip-ons and I just adore them. Perfect for me, the sound, but not disturbing the neighbors. And cages know I'm there on the road.

I love the stock exhaust with the heat shield. It's a very distinguishing aspect of the bike for me. Without them the Fat Bob just doesn't seem a Fat Bob to me.

I have the Big Radius 2-2 and they are not really loud at all. Only when the throttle is wide open and even then I wouldn't call it that loud.

I bought the Vance & Hines Pro Pipe 2-1. Can't tell you how it sounds yet, since the damn things didn't start shipping until yesterday.

V and H 2 into 1 pro pipe bp. From what I was told the best performance pipe and they sound great, deep tone.
