So...I'm looking at a second HD, a Dyna. I'd love to go with a Low Rider or a Wide Glide. HOWEVER...I was looking at the HD web site and the Wide Glide is not shown anymore. Did HD stop production on this bike?
you can probably find a new 2008 WG without much effort -
but it's gonna be a duracell color scheme.
i visit the dealer about 5 times a year - happened to go this AM and they had one.
I was looking at it - the sales guy was all over me telling me about the limited edition numbered paint set - blah blah blah - I just about laughed in his face.
told him the price (18K+) was 4K too high - finally got him to leave me alone.

My local dealer, Antelope Valley HD in Lancaster,CA, has a new '08 Wide Glide that they repainted vivid black for sale. It looks a lot better now.
Not really a fan of the whole dual headlight thing. The Street Bob I can do though.
if that's the only thing you don't like about the Fbob - buy it.
there is little doubt that someone on the forum will trade you straight up - your dual for their single lamp - maybe even throw you a few $. No problem.
