Put a small piece of vacuum hose over the license plate bolts on the back, after the nuts. Keeps em from rattling off. My Dad did it to my Sporty, and it works just fine. Just a thought.

+1 on all the guys that said they did you right.

Say thanks and bring a dozen donuts (no pun), or a dozen sausage biscuits, or whatever. Its cheaper than a new plate, and you never know when you might run into one of them again and they remember.

Oh yeah, the blue loctite is a good idea too.

Establishing a relationship with LEO's can be a good thing. It may help you considerably in the long run.
