lowrider handlebar swap

Creek, I called my dealer and gave them the numbers to the new risers and they said they were offset. But I'm wondering if they just looked at the old risers they had in stock.
Funny thing, when you look at the picture on HD website, they show both the risers in the picture, but if you look closely at the "head", one on the left has an indent like inbetween two knuckles, the one on the right just sticks out like a single knuckle. You can't really say it's the angle you're looking at because they are setting the same.
I really like your setup jrsmith, but can't bring myself to break the chrome finish.. I don't want to invite rust.
I'll get drags eventually but I still have to pick up a PC-5 and stage 1 ac. *sigh* more money.
But if they are offset...
After dealing with the "Indicator Lights" issue on both my Sporty Custom and my FXDL I have become an Expert on this crap!
Here's my Take:
You could buy ANY offset risers and get a handlebar clamp with the indicator light hole in it. THERE IS ONLY ONE AVAILABLE WITH OFFSET HOLES and it is the clamp from a '99-'03 SPORTSTER CUSTOM. This is the clamp I used in conjunction with my Risers.
OR
Intigrate the lights into your console.
Here's another pic of my setup:

I wish there was a hotline to the moco to get definitive answers about parts. I think my dealer may have been too lazy to really check part #'s.
It sure would have been easier if they designed the parts with one hole pattern or make it both ways rather than just being difficult.
Being left handed, I'm used to this kinda crap in other situations.
Anyway, I'll keep that sporty cover in mind when I decide to go to the drags.
May have to wait til next year, already spent a sizable (for me) chunk $ this winter.
