I have HD forwards on my street bob but I am interested in the Kuryakyn Liberator pegs and stirrup combo. I was wondering if these will work as far as direst bolt on to my hd forwards. Here is a link to the pegs/stirups I'm looking at.
I have kury pegs and HD forwards, and they're holding up great, with the exception of some scrapes on the bottoms The ISO pegs do a great job of smoothing out vibes on the feet too.
I have the Stiletto pegs with the stirrups on my Fat Bob. All good except for one issue. The toe shifter and brake pad in the series are designed for use without the stirrups. The stirrups push the foot pegs out another 1 1/4". This makes it a little difficult to shift or stop with big feet like mine.
2 solutions: get the Kuryakyn extended toe shifter & brake pedal OR make extensions.
Ok now I'm a little confused sorry guys. I have HD forwards and would love a stirup or something that would kick my feet out to the left and right while crusing on the highway. Sorry for the stupidity in advance.
I had standard ISO pegs with stirrups on the stock forward controls of my FatBob. No fitment issues at all. Now I have moved them using the 3" extension kit Kury makes, but still uses the stock footpeg mounts as part of the installation.
I would have nothing less. They are so comfortable and allow a bit of movement of your feet as well. Had them on my '96 Badboy as well.
