Tank swap/Indicator light ???

Tank swap/Indicator light ???
ok, almost complete with the tank swap. Have ran into a snag,, those that have went to a SB tank from SG, how did you handle the indicator lights? DO I need the entire lamp assembly from the SB, or just the housing and splice my existing wires.. any help would be great and maybe some pics.. Thanks in advance!!!

If it were mine, I would get the housing and splice and solder to the existing harness. Just my opinion.

Excellent, that was the plan, just thought I would test the waters and see what others have done. Would definitely still interested in the seat, just let me know. The diagrams would be great if you have a pic. Thanks for always helping man.
i have a buddy that may be able to make you an "everything" light... he did it for my cafe, when my bike is in N it is green, oil it is yellow, signal on blinks red, brights it is blue... i can ask him for you... other than thatn you can drill and tap some LED's right into your dash man

it is on the way to me right now! it is just a small LED... the bike also has not key it starts off a code of using the brake lever and horn button, light will blink blue and turn green letting me know i am clear to start it! ooh ya buddy! thats whats up!

Cut and splice. The SB one is smaller then the SG one. When I did it I cut and spliced with solder. Sorry I forgot to put that in the reply to your PM. I
