The acc wire plug is on the left side near the front of the tank under the tank. It is orange and white on my bike not orange and red, but my bike is older (2002)
hey, dont have a Heritage, but on my dyna, pull the rubber grommet out of the neck where the headlight wires route, 3 wires from headlight, but where it plugs in to main harness there is a 4th wire (not used) that is orange with a white stripe that stays on no matter if you run high or low beam, it goes hot when the key is on.
wire colors on main harness was black, white, yellow, orange/w white stripe.
