I have question (slight hijack)... I have the Rush 2.00", Stage I and SERT - Will I have to re-dyno if I change the baffle to 1.75"? Or to another completely different slip-on? I'm guessing the SERT is variable here.
I run the V&H STRAIGHT Shot slipon and picked up hp all through the powerband,I asked fuel moto if any re-maps needed done on baffle change and they said no,not that big of a change.Same goes for a A/C filter stock to K&N if u allready have the Screaming Eagle 1

No; it should be fine - but since you have spent the big $$ on the SERT it might be interesting to see if you get any difference with a baffle change....I have the 1.75 in my Rush btw; no noticible difference from the 2.0....I wouldn't bother changing
That SERT, Id like to know more on that too. I am going after the dynojet module, even with just slip-ons. I checked my plugs last fall, and again now and theyre somewhat white tipped, and of course that motor is pretty hot, but I figure a dynojet would help, not hurt.
