installing 16" apes on the wide glide, what length cables did you go with? i can finaly afford them.

Depends on your riser height. I've got about 3½" rise and just put 14" apes on my Super Glide. I went a bit longer with my cables, in case I want to go taller. I got 43" throttle/idle, 72" clutch and 58" brake.

I'm no expert, but that's pretty close to what my total height is. Maybe add an inch to my numbers, and you should be good.

 

I believe the throttle/brake cables are +6 and the clutch cable is +8. Try a company on ebay called Hillside country cycles. They have all inclusive kits with bars and cables. Maybe they can come up with a package deal for you.
