Heh, I just my big radius lastweek... I've yet to go through this hell.
Hopefully mine will come out easier.
Still waiting on my pc-v.
I just can't believe anyone having that kind of trouble. My top one was tight, but not like that. Maybe a lot of carbon build up in there has the baffled "glued" to the inside. If yours are new they should come out nice and easy.
Just installed the BCT in my short shots this morning, managed to get a couple hundred KM in. When I first fired em up I was impressed, it was a deeper tone and didnt have the loud ping noise. I didnt notice or feel much of a performance gain, however I no longer get popping on deceleration.
One issue I had was I couldnt get the baffle into the 6'' point on the bottom pipe, after I already drilled the hole at 6 inches. It was literally about 1 mm or so off, so I had to open the hole a little more. So now there is a very small (less than 1 mm) gap, but I figured it should be fine. Other than that small issue, the install was a breeze! 30-45 minutes max! (including removal and installation of heat shield.
Overall, I'm very happy! even considering I paid 130 CAD, and then 55 CAD at the door for the damn brokerage and duty fees.
i have yet to hear about someone needing to remap wiht these... pretty sick! wait till you guys here the video clip of the chop my brohter and i are finishing up wiht them in some martin brohter street sweepers, rocking a 110 rev tech! SCREAMS!
I installed them in my short shots monday night and talked to fuelmoto this morning, they told me that my MAP wouldn't need changed at all. They sound mean as hell, great purchase.
