Best heads for 117" ?

Best heads for 117" ?
If/when I have to take my motor down again; I may want to upgrade from my current 103 to a 117...I'm sure that would require reverse dome pistons with my HQ heads...what would provide the best "cores" for a stout 117"; so I can keep my eyes open for a pair???

Who are you going to have work them? If it's going to be HQ again, ask them. I'd suspect regardless of who's working them, they'll tell you that the '98 or '06 castings either one will be fine for cores. No specific need that I know of that you'd have to have the S&S or SE.
