Default Fatbob spanner wrench

I need to up the preload from standard 2 to 3 and do not have a spanner, I was shocked today to find out a HD one is over $100cnd.

Anyone know of a knock off? Or a free way to adjust?

Hit the Arctic Cat dealer and get one for their shocks. That's what I used and it fit fine. The one I used was out of the tool kit for a 2005 Fire Cat.

Wow, thats pricy. One came with my progressives, so I imagine that you could find one for much cheaper.

Thanks guys, strap wrench was a cinch!

Quick check on the covered shocks, 2 to 3 is a preload increase right?

Gary - I agree with Gary. I had a mig welder so I cut a pipe in half, drilled a bolt hole, welded in the 1/4" bolt and welded a handle on it. Works fine.

YES
