71vcode sold me the True-Track he had on his Dyna for a week. It came today, and and the hex head on one of the stainless steel socket head bolts for the front stabilizer is all chewed up. I don't know if he used an impact wrench or just didn't have the allen socket seated far enough or what, but it looks pretty bad. It's no big deal, and the kind of thing you expect when you buy a used part.
So anyway, I called up True-Track and asked about buying two new bolts for the front stabilizer. The young lady that I spoke with was very nice and understanding when I explained the situation. She got my shipping info and when I asked about the cost, she said there was no charge. Now that's customer service, especially considering I didn't buy this new from them.
Glad you got it ok, what bolt are you talking about? I didn't have any trouble taking them out.The bolts have thread lock on them, maybe that is what you are seeing.

No, I'm talking about the bolt head. Here is a pic of the two bolts for the front stabilizer. The one on the right is fine. The one on the left is wallowed out.
All I can do is say sorry, I didn't use a impact, just a 3/8 drive ratchet and the correct allen socket. I would have helped you out if you PM'd me before posting this but I see you got it taken care of..

No problem. Not much you could have done to help me out. As soon as I saw the bolt I picked up the phone and called True-Track.
