Kuryakyn switchblades?

Hey guys. I put a set of these on my Fatbob last summer and I like them. But I have a problem with the right one staying tight in the cone shaped wedge. The left is good because pressure on the heel rest would naturally tighten it.Anyone tried some fixes for this? I am thinking of trying same locktight on the surface or roughing up the surface somehow, maybe a center punch peening or something. The right on just does not feel secure. Ride safe Mike.

I put blue threadlock on mine. No problems so far.

I used the green aircraft grade threadlock. So far, so good.

i used blue then switched to red loc tite on mine... no issues since then

Dito, I do love them makes for a nice place for the foot to rest funny how guys seem the when their out & ask what r those...

Are they really that comfy? I'm on the fence between the switchblade pegs and the reg. kury pegs of the same wide style and save 100$. Part of me wants to go for it and the scottish (cheap-***) side wants to fore-go the luxury!

Thing is i will really want to get matchng brake pedal and gear shifter,i'm loking at the HD airfoil or stealth collection that look somewhat similar and I'm dying for your opinions!

Oh I almost got a used pair from Grind but I think he changed his mind , or got too busy and had to go!
