In 2012 at Americade I bought the Kury LED rear bumper insert for my 09 Classic at the Kuryakyn tent.I brought it home and installed it,and was very happy with the look and function,it is a run/brake light. This past weekend a buddy of mine pointed out to me that a couple of the LEDs aren't lit.Sure enough,it appears that 3 of the LEDs on the left side are toast.Surprisingly I found my invoice and gave Kurys customer service # a call.Buddy told me I should have a new one on my front porch by Tuesday of next week.I'm impressed.I know Kuryakyn gets a bad rap sometimes, but this time I'm giving them a thumbs up.
He also told me that they won't be at Americade in the future, they are still going to Laconia,I was thinking that Americade was more of a Kury crowd than Laconia is.
Kuryakyn is always easy to work with and have no problem(s) working with you and replacing parts for free, without a receipt I might add.
NOTHIN" BUT GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THEM.

Although I do very much wish Kury (and HD) would source more parts from US producers, I have been treated well by them. Last thing I got was the "Easy Turn" dipstick cover, http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/425...n-Dipstick-Cap. Thing works great.
