Upper Belt Guard Mount?

Upper Belt Guard Mount?
I am looking for the name of the part that mounts the upper belt guard to the rear fork/swingarm. It's a stock piece on the Street Bob. I replaced mine with a passenger peg mount and am looking to go back to no pegs. Does anyone know the name of this part? Thanks.

just bought one it was $9.90
the plugs for the right side holes left by the peg are part #740 and are 30 cents each

I unloaded them for cheap on eBay last year, $35 or so I think. They are worth a little more than the stock A/C and horn cover, but not by much.
