Pciii usb

OK Guy's I installed my pcIII with fuelmoto map but it Idle's ok (low from stock) but I like when I come to a stop it takes a few seconds for the idle to come down somtimes not alway's and a couple of times when I almost came to a rolling stop but not completely stopped it seemed it almost died when I was in second gear (should have been in 1st)so I quickly down shifted and was ok so is this all normal,or am I am just used to the stock setup with V&H slipon's and a K&N HD-1499 filter with the XiED's B4 install I drove around town 4 30 miles w/o the XiED's so what's up it sound's more like a Harley now and I open up the stock air cleaner bottom half with 5 5/8 & 3 7/8 hole's !
