I also thought I would get more with the dyno. Mine after tune is 70hp 78tq. Gained about 3 on each. But I still love ridin it.

Stock TC 88. With a hypercharger and Vance and Hines big shots. 81 HP and 82 ft lb of torque using a SERT at an independent shop on the dyno.

after tuning the set up i've got
78.5 Horsepower and 80.5 Torque.

Total gains of 11.4 horse and 7.6 torque for the tune. I figure i gained more than that over the stock set up. These numbers are most likely STD rating and would be less with SAE. I'm just focussing on the difference from beginning to end. Should be pretty happy!
your bike really needed to be dyno'ed... great gains

Hey dlstanf2, With no intent on hijacking this thread but said your SE plugs were too cold for your stock engine? By the way the SE plugs ( I heard) have been pulled from inventory due to a plug coming apart in a 110" engine. What plugs did you install?

Picked up the bike and rode it to work today. Power is much improved from before and very smooth. I pulled from 70 to 80 on the freeway in top gear much easier than before.
