Torq spec for handler bar bolts?

Torq spec for handler bar bolts?
FINALLY got my bike back from the Stealer with my new bars on it. They are waaaaay too far back tho. but there was no way i was asking the asshats at the dealership to spend another 10 seconds on the bike for me... knowing them, it would turn into an 8 hour job and i would have to replace my front tire 
I want to loosen the bolts and nudge the bars a bit forward. but what do i need to torq them back to when i am tightening back up?

ok, thanks guys. i just did it.
AND CONFIRMED WHY I AM NEVER USING PENINSULA HARLEY AGAIN
two of the bolts were so loose i was spinning them with 1 finger. damn, i'm pissed
