The bearings are different. 06 = 1"(25.4mm) 09 = 25mm You can probably swap them.

Its gonna be new axles OR new bearings. The 25mm axle should work in your sliders and should be easier and cheaper than replacing the bearings.

A note on bearings,
It's not always easy to swap out 25mm to 1". (ask me how I know )
the 25mm are only 15mm wide and the 1" are 21mm wide some newer hd wheels can't
take a bearing that is 21mm wide.
options are , run non standard bearings ( 1"x 15mm wide ) alot harder to get hold of.
swap to 25mm axles, you also need all new spacers to go with it .
If you require the part No for the non standard bearings , PM me.

I stopped by the stealership today and checked on bearings and had no luck. They didn't know if they could get bearings and they also said I would probably need custom spacers. Then there is the issue of the rotors. They weren't sure what to do with the rotors if they could get some to work.
I'm bummed. I got a sweet deal on wheels with less than 100 miles on them but It might be easier and cheaper to sell them and go for wheels made to fit my bike.I don't know.
