Tank input
Hey all, I picked me up a replacement superglide tank so I can save the 100th. Question is... any input or ideas to customize it a bit before paint? What have you seen or thought about?
I was thinkin of maybe glassin' the top console area so the whole top of the tank is smooth with the gas cap, and maybe guage commin right outa the tank instead of usin the raised cups and panel.

I've been thinking it would be cool to eliminate the speedometer and build a recessed box to hold a small GPS. Also to use a tank lift and fill in the tunnel to house additional fuel or alternatively to build a stash pipe with clips in the tunnel to hold it in place.
