Default SE pro super tuner??? need some info/help

I need some help for a buddy. He just picked up an 09 Fat Bob and had the stealer instal the SE pro super tuner. I checked out his invoice and he has part number 32109-08A on the invoice, but I can not find this part anywhere. Where does this thing get installed. I assumed it would replace the factory ECM, but his ECM is the factory one. My buell has the ECM replaced with the SE one, so I thought it would be the same. Any help with this would be great. He also got charged for a dyno run, but didn't receive the dyno paperwork. Right now we are thinking he was charged for the SE tuner and dyno, but never had anything done. The dealer took 3 weeks to install an air cleaner and a set of pipes, so they already have a few strikes against them on this bike.

According to this post on ebay ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HARLE...Q5fAccessories ) the tuner and ECM are married together, but I would not be surprised if the STEALER charged him for it and never installed it, just as with the dyno run.

It's a little black box with a red button. It's not actually installed on the bike. If you have doubts about them actually doing anything take it to another dealer and have them read the calibration id off the ecm. It's needed for a dyno tune which you need with a performance exhaust and ac. You can run a canned map but I believe those can be applied using Digital Technician. Some dealers keep the VCI incase you need service in the future because people tend to lose those little $500 pieces of cheap looking plastic crap. Your friend should go ask the dealer for it. He'll need to pick up the software and cables for it as well.

How much did he get charged for a Dyno and why would they do it? Was it just a run? Yes the tuner does not stay on the bike and just married to the ECM with a stage 1 download from HD. What were they thinking keeping the bike for three weeks waiting on parts? I would go back and get a written explaination from the Service Manager or GM
