Check out post #8 on this thread (darkdyna06). Might be worth a PM to ask about that "flywheel shift", see if he noticed increased vibration levels before his main started howling and needed the lower-end rebuild. It sounds like the issue I raised in my earlier post to this thread.

Took the convertible for a spin in the sunbreaks. Ended up at the dealer and popped in to Service where I caught the Writer and a Tech at a "down" moment. I described your vibration issue as best I could remember from your posts here; offered up the flywheel-shift possibility, but the Tech leaned much more toward a worn out front mount, possibly rear. I think I've about exhausted my own ideas, and picked the brains of those I know, who should know more than me. Hope you get 'er nailed down soon.

Slap in another set of plugs if those are the originals they might be going away and the gap on them is widening after 15k miles. Make sure the new plugs are gapped at 0.038-0.043" I usually go with .040. Plugs can start misfiring and shake that motor big time.

Sorry guys, I don't have an update.
I don't remember if I posted in here but on tues last, I had the vibe problem then thursday last I dealt with an extreme surging situation. At idle, the bike was nasty. Sounded and felt like it had a nasty cam in it, and was ready to just die. This was all on the same tank of gas. I'll stop and grab a new set of plugs and a gap wrench since who knows where on earth my old one is. I have a bunch of my life in storage. Could be in there. Could have been left at my last residence. Who knows. I've since filled up with new gas and did a cleanup on my air filter as it was kind of nasty. Bike idles nice now. Wonder if it was just telling me "hey, stop riding for one minute. I need some attention and get this crappy gas out of me."
I haven't had any time to ride to see if a new tank of gas has solved part of the problem at least. My gut tells me its gas but can't say for sure.
Yesterday with it being a little on the nasty side in SC, I decided to install my Ricor Intiminators. Still getting everything tightened and adjusted but all in all, I think the install kind of sucked just a little.
I'll probably start a new thread about it. I had mentioned in another thread I was probably gonna do it and hopefully get my buddy (whom I'm staying with in Columbia during my new job training) to snap some pics. He didn't get home till late and I wasn't about to wait around for him. I get a little ocd when it comes to stuff like this...and it needed to be done now.
Today, I'm hoping to get the bike buttoned back up good and go for a ride. It looks like it's going to be a gorgeous day in SC. Wish I could call out sick but having only been on the job 6-7 weeks, that's not gonna happen for awhile.

I'm dropping my bike off at a local dealer today. The one I said I'd never go back to. Its the closest one, and I don't have a lot of options. That is what the 'lord help me" is for.
I tried to go for a ride yesterday after replacing the plugs and the bike is no better. I have a good tank of gas, cleaned the a/f, and new plugs. Even went back to the canned TH map from dynojet.
It still had a slight surging in low speed, Also when it was warm, and I'd come to a stop or even just coast, the bike is idling VERY high. it took me close to 2 miles of road to coast down 10mph, from 55 to 45. Definitely more than a mile.
I hope whatever is wrong is covered under warranty because I don't have a lot of cash to spare but I've got plans to go to the Smokeout X this weekend and want (need) to have a little fun. Even though it's only about an hour from me, I want to ride. Taking your cage to a bike event sucks. Ask me how I know.
As soon as I know something, I'll post.

On the other side of things, It was a long enough ride that I could 'test' the Intiminators. I was hoping that it would really put a hold on front end brake dive but it didn't. The front end does feel a little more capable through the twisties but the bike is now screaming at me "do something about this rear end...and get that damn true track thing-a-ma-bob" lol My bike isn't technically knowledgable, it just likes to ride.

Check all your torq settings and fork alignment, it may sound bizzar but any slight unbalance with pinch bolts can cause the forks to twist slightly , I had the same experiance with a new Triumph once after having the forks apart. One minute it was smoth the next, handle bar vibration Hell, it took ages to figure it out, and only because I went over every thing I'd done again.

Mud, they were definitely a snug fit. I didn't 'hammer' them in persay. I used the spacer to push them in, then when that wasn't long enough, I used the rubber end of of roofing hammer to continue to push them in. Even after getting them in, including the fork spring and spacer I felt there was still a little room for them to seat. Brian @ Ricor told me it's better to be tight than not. Maybe I need a longer rider to break them in. It may help them to seat in the fork.
Reddog, it's possible, but here's my issue. I had my front end apart two fridays ago. That saturday I went on a 250 mile ride and the bike performed flawless. No vibe. No anything. Then that Tuesday onward, all hell broke loose.
