Regarding the bolt-on stuff, yeah, you can do it yourself. Pipes, aircleaner, shocks, etc. are all very straightforward things to do. You'll be glad you didn't pay to have them done, IMO. While you can't do the ECU reflash yourself, you can opt to get a Power Commander instead and then download whatever canned map fits your configuration. It probably won't be quite as good as a full-on tune, but neither is the ECU downlad/flash.
