I put mini apes on my 03 Superglide. Part number 56563-95 and are on page 116 of the 2006 HD accessories catelog. These bars are 31.50" tip to tip, 9.50" base width, 8.75" rise, and 5.50" pull back. I don't know how similar they are to the mini apes on the 06 Street Bob. Wit my bars, I did have to replace clutch cable and brake line. Throttle and idle cables did not have to be replaced, but had to be re routed so the do not pass through the forks.
Yes, they will fit. The Bob bars are the same as the previous years WG. The will bolt right up to your current risers without any problem at all. You'll have to lengthen your wiring, brake line, and cables. It's an easy deals, since you just order stock WG or Bob parts. You might even be able to find them on e-bay from people who upgraded to braided.
Personally, I don't like the stock bars that much. The height and width are just about right. But the angle of the hand grip is not as ergonomic as it should be. I switched to Wild1 1 1/4" bars. They are heavier, don't vibrate as much, have better chrome, and the hand grip are is perfect. They cost $200. That's quite a bit more than the stock bars, but worth every penny.
