Does anyone know if Harley uses clearcoat on their paint?

Buy a touch up kit and you get
Base and Clear

Thanks. I also thought that everyone used clearcoat but I found out after having some auto bodywork that clearcoat is not used on all paint or on some colors. This was an older car so that might not be the case for newer. I wanted to know because the polishing system (a non-wax based product) I use has specific products depending on whether there is clear coat or not. Thanks again.
