i have a tree of an 06 and i plan on changing it out when putting on the new bars....should i get the wire extensions or try it first without? any advice would be great...

Lets do the third grade math... stock... add four inches... HMMMM wonder what the result will be... oh wait... the new bars are wider and internally wired... well now that MAY BE MORE THAN 4 INCHES.... WHAT TO DO.....
