Default Installed Reusable Billet Oil Filter +++

Got one of these like one linked below from a local indy:

http://www.pegasusperf.com/store/page15.html

I definitely noticed a difference in throttle response and the motor runs a bit smoother. Now I'm not going to dyno it just to check, but I'd back the claim of a few added horses. Feels like the boost you get from doing stage 1.

Anyone interested in the Denver area, you can get one from Scooter Trash.

Dude, that only filters down to 25 microns. The stock HD premium filters down to 5 microns.

Don't be fooled by claims of HP gains..... that's 'ricer math' man.... just marketing bullsh!t.

My 3 cents... sorry.... Looks nice!

The site quotes:

"Using this filter increases engine horsepower by 3% to 5% by allowing oil to flow more freely which reduces oil levels in the enginees sump thereby reducing oil/flywheel obstruction."

Disagree about the performance gain, it was immediately noticable and I know my bike well. My indy dyno'd one of his bikes and showed a 5hp gain. I have no connection with this company, just trying to point out what I think is a good find to everyone here......
