I think it goes for around $60 from HD.
And as much as I like the FXDF I still don't quite like the dual headlights; however they are a key design element of that bike and they work especially well on yours. So I could go either way but don't be in a big hurry to change that.
I'd stick with your current wheels for a while. They're different enough from stock to set your bike apart and will look even better with your proposed black-center floating rotors. (but when you take the plunge, the first place to look is PM/RSD for some contrast cut wheels)

Thnx bro... Yeah I am leaning towards some track bars with 1 inch risers i could do them both for 100 bucks.. The headlight is ok I really like the exile setup with the SJP single and dual lazer stars...

As for wheels PM and RSD probably out of my $$$$ range if anything maybe some knockoff of those... I am really considering spokes something nice like a fat daddy spoke or like a 100 spoke...... Also forgot I am changing the air cleaner to a nice black powder coated Goodson air cleaner..

get the blk axle covers from HD
removing the seat strap makes the seat look awesome
getting rid of rear pegs changes the look a lot (if you get a different set of bolts they are real easy to put on for long rides, etc)
blk out caliper covers
go tall with front wheel
have you thought about just using the rears for brk/trn and ditching the tail light altogether?
maybe do a headlight setup like the Exile Bullfighter
(just went to their site and would trade my left nut for the Fat Bloke)
