Some time ago I think there was a thread about dyna shirts. Not sure what ever happened with that? Personally I like shirts like that and would also like to have a HDForums.com shirt. I like the idea having both a t-shirt syle, and also a polo style shirt. What do you think? I hope I'm not totally blind, and on the front page there's a merchandise button. I did look. To keep the thread from being worthless, I included a shirt pic. Wasn't sure whether to post this in here since I did mention a dyna shirt, or in the general chat section. Mods, feel free to move.
We were trying to do a Dyna forum shirt but no one could agree and we couldn't meet the minimum quantity. I wasn't that excited about the designs. Although I did think some of the quotes were funny like "rock out with your shocks out" sort of poking fun at the softails.
Not sure if the admins/owners will allow us to use "hdforums.com".
I'd do a tshirt and possible a polo shirt. I don't need to go into the office anymore since they gave me a position workng from home but ifI want to look respectable, well, there ya go.

I have a HDForums shirt form 2 years ago that Punisher made. The front has the HDF logo thats in the top left corner of every page. And the back says Gettysburg bike week and the dates or something. It's a nice shirt...no collar, no pocket just a black T.
Its kinda funny but I can appreciate so many of the long term members always commenting on threads like these which keep coming back like a rubber ball.
This idea keeps resurfacing but until the admins of the site ok it then its not going anywhere. Punisher did it on his own (he was a mod of some sort) but it was limited and only during the Gettysburg gathering. I tried to get in on that but was a day late....anyway I have also been involved where this all went quite a ways to a point where the logo and all was ok'd by the past admin's (new owners now I think), money was being collected by another mod of some sort....but not enough to make the deal worthwhile. More T's ordered equals a better price per T.
This all sat and percolated for nearly a year with many who made promises and commitments ending up leaving the guy who was handling it all, holding the bag so to speak. Mostly because many who promised just sat on their hands and never sent Larry any money. So he gave up when he was called up for duty in the sandbox, some money was refunded back to members and some of us choose to contribute to the site. There used to be a small avatar under our name on each post denoting a member as being a $$$ contributor. But the site went down, I believe new backers came on board (maybe this happened visa versa), anyway and guys like Punisher are gone now as is Larry (the guy who was handling the aforementioned T shirt deal), much prior history and so on is gone now and the atmosphere here has morphed a bit. What I'm saying is that now is not what it was then, its bigger, has less of that personal feel and I'm doubtful the current ownership/admin group is going to go for it. But I guess you never know......
