Guys,

I'm one of the Scoutmasters for my son's Boy Scout Troop (193, Manville, NJ). We run a small screen printing business to raise money to support the Troop. Our prices are very reasonable. We don't have a setup charge, or a screen charge, and we'll do any size order (although we like to do at least 10 shirts, at a minimum, for an initial order). Cost is actual cost of the shirt plus $1.50 - $2/color/side (I have to check w/ the guy that runs it to confirm current prices).

I haven't looked at the latest price lists, but from what I recall, something like a Haynes Beefy-T, XL, colored, ran ~$4/each. For a single color, 2-sided shirt, that's ~$8/shirt, plus whatever the shipping costs are. You can provide your own shirts, or we can source them for you. I made these up when I was racing my car.

If someone can agree on the artwork, and get people that are committed to ordering (and wants to handle the distribution), I'd be happy to help out with this. And the proceeds go to support a good cause.

side note:

I can get black and white plain stickers made, cheap. My cousin owns a shop, and will get them to me cheap.

I will get him a copy of the HDFORUM logo just to see if its possible, and see what the pricing would be. If anyone is interested in contacting me who runs the site, PM me.

Be careful. There are infringement issues using either HD or this sites logo design. I believe both organizations take this seriously.

That is why we are waiting for the site approval and just offering suggestions on how to make a shirt and actually get a profit to benefit the website. We are simply offering service or ideas for them to create a shirt. No one is pulling the trigger until the owner(s) of the site make contact and solicit the need/want for the merchandise themselves.

Harley Davidson is a severely protected name, we all know that. If they had a problem with hdforums.com using the letters HD, I believe it would have been shut down already. Obviously there should be no Harley logos on any merchandise.
