Rush muffler problems?

I had the same problem with CycleShack slip-ons, they sent me a new pair: no further problem.

I got the black ones on mine with chrome end caps. Perfect finish, Perfect sound!

yea,mine did exact same thing in same spot,on my FXDC.was able to polish a little of it out.
