Motherwell luggage rack?
Anyone have one of these:

I would like to get one but am wondering about the difference in fit with the 7" one vs the 6" one. I have seen the 6 fits fine with the layback license plate, which I have on my bike, but I was wondering if the 7" would pose any problems.
The 6 is very nice but seems to be only available in chrome, and I think I'd prefer the matte black.

WE have laydown plates purchesed from a Forum member and the longer racks ---no problem.
Motherwell factory is down the road from us in BC, can buy them cheaper in the states--go figure!!!!

Mine (sig pic) is the black larger one with a laydown plate bought off a member on this site. I found the small one to be way to small just my opinion though...

Have the 7" chrome one and the lay down license plate and no issues. I think I like the upper bracket on the 6" one though. Not much of one on the 7" and no matter how tight the bolt is for the seat the rack still wobbles. I don't have an issue with it, just an observation.

i got a chome one and then sean and i shot it in super durrable wet black... to be honest i have yet to put it on the bike... i got the chrome one on ebay for 10 bucks! that is whats up! buying from motherwell is $$$$
