No problems with any of my stuff.
Dealer took the indicator plate off once to adjust the handlebars i think it was, it rattled after they messed with it, i told them and they fixed it. Happy as punch.
I have noticed that Low Riders don't last very long on my dealers floor. The last two lasted a couple of days.
I think maybe it's cause they totally kick butt!
My fuel guage does the same crap, i just dont turn the key on until im on the bike if it is at 1/2 a tank or lower. My speedo needle does bounce around a little here and there, maybe a couple miles per hour, nothing enough to cause concern.
Hey Low_Glide,
I'm glad I found your post because I was just going to complain about the same thing. My low fuel light comes on after using about a 1/3 of a tank. Since I only have 500 miles on it now, the first time it happend I panicked and drove straight to the gas station only to find I had 2/3rds of a tank left??? Now I know better. After reading a few posts on this problem I guess I'll be using the trip meter from now on.
So how many miles are you all getting on a full tank on your Low Riders???
Here's an answer to my own question.
At 154 miles I put in 4 gallons of gas. I guess I could squeak out another few miles but I think I'll start filling up at about 150 to be safe...
