I bought some pullback risers for my wifes 79' low rider, and it looks nice with softail standard bars. I know there are some pictures on that website, we almost bought the chubby bars, but decided to go this route first. she's happy. they bolt right on.
I have an 04 Lowrider, got tired of the ache between the shoulders from having to reach for the bars all the time. It comes with 4" pullback risers and that was not enough. I tried a set of buckhorns and they put my hands in the right position, but with the pullback risers they just looked like crap. I next found a set of 80's era Arlen Ness bars on ebay I bought for 90 bucks and I love em! I think the are 30" wide 6" rise and 8" pullback I am not sure. I did see where Ness is making the bars again. List is 279. However try ebay first. I had to lenghten my brake cable 2 or 3 inches and rerouted the clutch and throttle cables in front of the forks.
