So I'm actually fairly comfortable on my 15 Breakout. I'm 5'10 yet I'd feel a bit better if I were and inch closer or the bars were an inch further back. I figure its cheaper to install different risers. Not sure what I really need though. I don't want them taller though.
Do I get a set thats got more curve back? Ebay offer several varieties but I'm clueless on what to order. Where is the best place to get some? Thanks in advance.
Just a thought! Have you tried just rotating your bars back. Depending where they are set now, you can possibly gain the 1" you are looking for without any work or expense.
My bike was a new purchase. When it came from the dealer it must have been put together by a 6'-6" ape (oops, I meant mechanic). I could hardly reach the handlebars and did not understand why at first. I rotated my bars and gained almost four inches.
As to where to get risers, I would first look at the H-D on line store and find what is available for your bike. Most curved risers I have seen made to reduce reach also raise the Handlebars some amount. If you find a set you would want you can see if you can find them, or similar ones, on other sites. Make sure any you order is for the diameter of you handlebars. It is easy to order the wrong size if you aren't careful.
What about pullback risers? Do you have a picture of the stock setup? Might already have a slight pullback to them so i would measure the stock pullback and see if the aftermarket has ones with slightly more. Do the new front end use riser bushings still? I know some sportsters dont anymore.
So if I want an inch more, do I get a 2 inch pullback since stock is about 1 inch already? I'm really trying to keep the stock look yet just a little closer to me.

Another thing to consider when only wanting an inch is considering a seat change.
Are the foot controls where you want them or would sitting 1 closer maybe work better??
Bailer has a great point but it would be more expensive than just 2 inch pullback risers. It may take a little trial and error but if the stock pull back is around an inch then honestly the 3.5 inch ones might raise it enough to make the bars right where you want them.
