Yea, it looks like it came off the bracket holding the wire to the fender and rubbed on the tire or something and messed up the wires.
I just cut them down best I could, recrimped some and used spray electrical tape and BAM...Job finished and works like new, lol

I found this doing a quick little Google search. It has OEM part# for the electrical connectors, pins & sockets, ect.....
