I had pyhthon staggered pipes with the se air cleaner and the stage 1 download. bike ran good for a couple of weeks now all of the sudden its running real hot and justt doesnt sound right anyone else out there have any problems like this. at this point i'm thinking about putting a power commander in it and just saying screw the dealer and the warranty. any ideas would help

Was the weather a bit cooler a couple weeks ago? With Python staggered pipes, that stage one map is WAY off the mark, not even close. You have to do some sort of fuel enrichner to tune 'er up no question about it. Probably the easiest is having the Steeler put on the Race Fueler which, being a HD product, has its own set of 'advantages'.
Try installing a Techlusion DFO, it's a cinch to install, no computer downloads to worry about, easy to change the EFI mapping and it only cost about $200 from Eastern Cycles. I love mine, it makes my 06 Street Bob run real smooth, no decel pops. I have SE II's, K&N & Techlusion DFO.
Just a thought here but have you re-checked the pipes to make sure they're still tight at the manifold? You said you just had new pipes put on and I wonder if they need to be re-torqued. I had one come really loose on me and it quit firing on that cylinder. Might want to check it out.
