PRI.CHAIN KIT...DID THAT ..NO CHANGE...TOOK TO INDEPENDENT SHOP WITH DYNO...CAN ACTUALLY SEE AND FEEL VIBRATION IN REAR-FENDER,WHEN WARMED -UP AT 2200-3300 RPM,MOST NOTICEABLE IN 4TH&5th GEAR....HE SAID NEVER SAW THIS TYPE OF SITUATION...MAYBE A TRANS OR HUB BEARING....IGNITION,CARB AND TIMING ALL 100%....BEFORE I TEAR INTO UNKNOWN ANY IDEAS ????????DAC

 

Take the chain/belt off and run it. See if it is still there.

 

bojangles...Do you have laced wheels? If not, no need to read on. I read another thread either on this forum or another, but this other guy was having the same problem you are and he found that he had a couple of loose spokes. He just retorqued them and the vibration went away.
