Default vibrations
I know that vibration and Harley go hand in hand but my dyna seems to have a vibration under certain rpm's, I have ridden a friends dyna (same year 02) and his did not have the same vibrations. Could there be an issue with one of the motormounts? I feel the vibration mostly under deceleration and coming to a stop.

Two things come to mind

1 Top motor mount(stabilizer link) loose or bad front motor mount

2 Belt too tight, based on what you say about coming to a stop.
