I have a friend she rides a 2012 Dyna Switchback, she just got back from riding from Portland Ore to Sturgis & said on the way her mirror & horn on the left side & only the left side of her bike began vibrating loose. With the exception of applying locktight to the effected parts, any ideas of what could be causing this?? Being rubber mounted, It would'nt be a loose motor mount would it?

I do not have a switchback but have heard plenty of discussion about the switchbacks having a vibration issue. I think there is a HD recall notice on that problem. Someone with a switchback will probably chime in with more details. Something about the way the exhaust pipe attaches to the bike. But is easily fixable. You may search the dyna forum, also.

Dynas had a recall for the front motor mount not being correct and causing excessive vibration if I am not mistaken...
