Default 16" Apes Cable lengths?

I have a 95 Dyna lowrider with stock bars, and I'll be putting the Burly narrow 16" apes on it. 32 1/2" width, 16" rise. Any pointers or a good way to figure out what length cables I need?

I just put 14 inch road6custom bars on (08 street bob). I went with a 52 inch brake line, 39.5 throttle/idle and a 72 clutch. I still have enough play (more than enough) if I wanted to go bigger.

ps, there are tonnes of topics like this that can be found through the search function, welcome to the forum!
