I can see having one, IF you had a windshield.... if not, it would be as you said... full face with nice earbuds hooked to an mp3.

Another thing that I didn't consider is that perhaps It could be useful when your stopped at a gathering or what not.

i love having music! i can hear mine no problem! and that is over the pipes... actaully last week was the first time in a LONG time that i had the stereo on there without the shield and i was sing'n along at 65! plus when we are at a party or something and music is playn it gets the ladies dancing... dancing girls are always nice!

I must admit I have used earbuds under my full face, but not with my trooper helmet. I am always wondering if you are allowe, by law, to have earbuds in while riding. Does anyone know?

I have an external stereo...I could hear it without the windshield but not clearly. I put on a windshield and I can hear every word going 80+.

Well I must say my favorite song is still my FAT CAT by D&D.....But when I do use the CARDO SCALA RIDER Q2 MultiSet in the Brain Bucket the music in my ears does change to what ever tunes on the built in FM Radio or my MP3 player....The automatic volume control actually works.
